As solely a B2B provider, sales on this website are not governed under the Distance Selling Regulations. and the individual manufacturer's warranty process will apply.

In the first 30 days, we operate a local returns policy. Delaney replace 'dead on arrival' units from stock on return of the original item with a free next day delivery service. You must request an RMA Number before returning any goods our warehouse.

After 30 days. we operate the manufacturers warranty process which varies by manufacturer. In general, most manufacturers operate a Return To Base Warranty, and this process takes 4-6 weeks. Return carriage is chargeable for the returned goods. You must request an RMA Number before returning any goods our warehouse.

Requesting an RMA Number is straight forward.

1. Simply log a Support Ticket via our Support Desk.

2. Our technical support team will carry out some basic checks to ensure the return is likely to be covered by warranty. 'Dead On Arrival' units are automatically replaced with units from stock, provided there is no damage to the unit.

3. If the issue is likely to covered by warranty, we will issue an RMA number. This enables our technical team to preform further tests onsite.

4. If we are satisfied that the issue is covered by warranty, then we will formally request authorisation from the manufacturer for replacement under warranty. This varies greatly from manufacturer to manufacturer, and can take 1-6 weeks.

If you have any queries on the returns process, then please contact us.
