Engineering Support
Our technical support provide 1st and 2nd line support in the GMT time zone for our suppliers, who are typically based in the US. We have access to the key technical people of our suppliers, and can provide a speedy response to any technical issues which may arise. We also maintain a knowledgebase of known issues so we can facilitate speedy resolution of known issues. RMAs and other hardware replacement is also handled by our team.
